Support Worker (Mental Health & Learning Disability)

About the role

Nu-Gen Healthcare is recruiting support workers to work in mental health and learning disability settings across Belfast and Northern Ireland, including 1:1 support and units supporting people with complex or challenging behaviour. Shifts are flexible, and you’ll be backed by an on-call team that understands the demands of the role.

What you’ll need

• Experience supporting people in mental health or learning disability settings
• A calm, patient approach, including with challenging behaviour
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete an enhanced AccessNI check and provide references
• Up-to-date mandatory training, or willingness to complete it (safeguarding, moving and handling, infection control)
