“Care staffing” covers a few genuinely different settings, and the right kind of cover depends on which one you’re asking about.
Care & nursing home staffing
This is shift-based cover inside a residential or nursing home — a facility with its own building, its own rota, and residents living on-site. We supply registered nurses, healthcare assistants and domestic, kitchen and laundry staff for exactly this kind of setting, from a single shift to an ongoing block booking. See our care home staffing page for more.
Domiciliary & supported living
Domiciliary care means staff visiting people in their own homes, rather than a facility — helping someone live independently rather than covering a ward or unit. Supported living sits somewhere between the two: staff working within a shared or supported accommodation setting. Our domiciliary care staffing page covers both.
Which one do you need?
If you’re a facility manager with a building and a rota, you’re almost certainly looking at care home staffing. If you’re arranging support for someone in their own home or in a supported living setting, domiciliary is the right fit. If you’re not sure, get in touch and we’ll point you the right way.
